Terms of sale


1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of products offered on the website www.lyneva.com by the brand LYNEVA (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”).

2. Products

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. LYNEVA shall not be held liable for any display or description errors.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in GBP (£) including VAT where applicable. LYNEVA reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A confirmation email will be sent once payment is validated. LYNEVA reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues or payment problems.

5. Payment

Payments are secure and can be made via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or other accepted methods (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.). Transactions are processed through Shopify Payments or its partners.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped within 4 to 9 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. In case of delay, an email notification will be sent. LYNEVA shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless due to error or defect).

8. Warranty & Conformity

In the event of a manufacturing defect, LYNEVA agrees to refund or replace the product after assessment. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Liability

LYNEVA shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of processing your order. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the matter will be submitted to the competent courts.
